Working on my rock hard abs

After being prescribed Prozac 40mg, wellbutrin 300mg and abilify 10mg I felt unusual side effects, some of those kept me in bed sleeping all day, and I did so for over four months, putting aside the gym and all kinds of athletic activity, well, the result was me packing on 10 extra lbs and going from 170 lbs to 180 lbs, my body changed, I thought I wouldn’t recover from this one, but blessed me I bounced back, and though I’m not where I want to be at yet I feel I look beter, I feel amazing, full of energy and much happier, I may be bipolar but I’m not letting my bipolar disease destroy me, I’m letting me shape me toconvert the lows in to highs and enjoy the highs even more.

I’m also eating healthier, running more and attending the gym 6 days a week, after all a good abs workout makes a difference, try this one for example…

Sit-Up. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Leg Raise. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Jackknife Sit-Up. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Knee Pull-In. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Toe Toucher. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Crunch. 15-20 reps or to failure.
Reverse Crunch. 15-20 reps or to failure.
